My Ode to Côte du Rhône
This is the perfect Bistro wine! Savory & Sultry
92 Wine Spectator
Deep ruby black cherry red-hint of crimson color is followed by exotic aromatics of crushed rocks, bramble, vibrant raspberry, and dark cherry from the Zinfandel. The whole cluster fermentation adds a layer of savoriness and brightness. The palate starts with a gush of raspberry followed by savory nuances and leads to a medium full-bodied mid-palate that focuses on a mix of savory, spicy, and sensual textures and flavors. This is the perfect Bistro wine!
The Blend: 73% Zinfandel and 27% Syrah. Drink now - 2032.

Mostly Zinfandel with the remainder Syrah raised entirely in concrete. Inspired by the Côtes du Rhône appellation wines, it pours a rich purple / ruby color and its fresh and fruity, wiht a sweet floral perfune of mixed berries, candied flowers, fresh forest herbs, and peppery spice. Medium to full-bodied, it's easy going on the palate, with a supple, rounded texture and a clean finish.
