On the palate, Pure Yum has a lush entry that is layered and giving, with an incredibly concentrated mid-palate which focuses on savory notes, black / red licorice and black cherry that carries through to a lengthy finish. This wine is as sensual as they come and yes, it is Pure Yum! 40% Whole cluster fermentation, aged for 7 months in 100% neutral French oak and concrete. Drink now - 2034.
An unusual and distinctive red blend that’s savory, peppery, meaty and complex. Well-balanced, moderately tannic, energized and structured. Syrah-based, with 36% zinfandel. Fermentation in concrete vessels included 40% whole clusters. Earthy, tempting, spicy and lingering

Quite appealing on the nose, with savory aromas of black olive, fresh plum, dark stones, and crushed viiolets. The palate is inviting and ripe, with a juicy feel and a supple, rounded, full-bodied richness, though it's not heavy. These is a kiss of sweet fruit, but the wine has the acidity to lift it and balance it nicely.
